We serve classics of South Tyrolean cuisine. We use selected local products, directly from the farmer, which are not only sustainable but also sustainably good.
From mountain pine pasta with Rittner deer ragout, goulash from Rittner alpine cattle to schöpsen-style lamb from the Rittner breed - our queen of the kitchen Adi conjures up fresh regionality on every plate. Of course, Kaminwurzen and bacon from our own pigs are not to be missed.
Its wine oclock. There are over 150 different regional and international labels to discover in our wine cellar.
Sommelier Valentin, our King of Wine and Service, uncorks regional treasures as well as novelties from home and abroad. Our generous wine list offers a different exciting wine pleasure every time.
From June to the end of August, traditional South Tyrolean dishes take centre stage every Wednesday until 9.30 pm.
Our King of Restaurant the Feltuner Sepp awaits all cyclists or hikers at the ""Feltuner by night"". Special wine evenings are available in summer by reservation.
The early bird catches the worm...our seasonal breakfast is the perfect power start to the day for early risers and also morning grouches.
From homemade cakes to seasonal fruit, we use fresh farm products from the surrounding area. Reservations for breakfast are required.
The Rittner Horn is a sunny skiing and hiking area not far from Bolzano. At 2,000 metres, the Feltuner Hütte is run by the Rabanser family. It serves classics of South Tyrolean cuisine, prepared primarily with local produce sourced directly from farmers—ingredients that are not only sustainable, but genuinely good.
The wine service is in the capable hands of Valentin Rabanser, the owners’ son. A passionate sommelier, he keeps more than 150 different labels in the cellar. Cheers!
You can reach our restauran easily by taking the gondola to the Schwarzseehütte (mountain station) and a short walk. But not only that: you can also reach the Feltuner Hütte from Barbian, Villanderer Parkplatz, Gasser Hütte or Sarntal.
In addition to pure skiing pleasure, the Rittner Horn also offers fantastic opportunities for challenging day ski tours. Once a week, in the evenings (6 p.m. - 11 p.m.), everybody can make a great tour in the moonlight.
Ready, steady, go! The 2.5 km long natural toboggan run on the Rittner Horn offers rapid descents for the whole family, starting from the middle station to the valley station in Pemmern.
On the Rittner Horn, one of the sunniest areas in South Tyrol, there is snow fun for the whole family. Skiing on perfectly groomed slopes, tobogganing, snowshoe hiking or leisurely winter hikes.
Your heart beats for the peaks of South Tyrol? Start your unforgettable tour from the Feltuner Hütte amidst the spectacular Rittner mountain scenery until your calves burn. e.g. to the Rittner-Horn Haus (2,249m, 0:45h) or to the Griessmanner Nock (1924m, 0:45h).
